A wedding podcast looks effortless on the day because most of the work happens before and after it. This is the full process, from first enquiry to the finished episode.
1. Check your date
You send your date, venue and a little about your plans. We check availability by hand and reply. A 50% deposit secures the date, and the remaining 50% is due 30 days before the wedding.
2. We learn your story
Before the wedding we talk about how you met, the people who matter and the stories you suspect might come out. We agree who we should make a point of inviting to the chairs.
3. We write the questions
We prepare personalised questions for different guests: playful ones for friends, reflective ones for family. They are a guide, not a script.
4. We plan the space with your venue
We confirm where the studio will sit, power access, timings and how it fits your styling, so on the day it looks like it belongs.
5. We arrive and set up
We arrive ahead of time and set up quietly, then open the studio at the agreed point in the day, usually the drinks reception or the evening.
6. Guests sit down and talk
Guests choose to take part. Each conversation lasts a few minutes. The host guides it, the cameras and microphones do their job quietly, and people simply talk.
7. We edit it into a story
After the wedding, hours of conversation become a structured episode with a beginning, a middle and an end, plus clips and a trailer depending on your collection.
8. You keep it
Everything is delivered privately online. Watch it on your first anniversary. Watch it in forty years.
